Happy Sunday Teachers!

Here’s a roundup of every resource we shared over the past week.

  • Women have been important in history all throughout the world. Check out these primary sources of women in world history to help celebrate Women’s History Month!
  • Sometimes it can be hard for students who struggle with reading to enjoy books on their own! iStorybooks allows students to listen to picture books, including some foreign language books!
  • We have all heard it before: “that’s not a job for a woman.” Technology is one of those areas that we often see this misconception. Women’s History Month is about celebrating those women who went away from the norm. Check out https://www.womenwhocode.com/, where they celebrate and connect women who are breaking that misconception that women can’t work in the technology field!
  • Some of our team members were lucky enough to catch Todd Rose in action at SXSWedu. If you missed it, check out his TED talk: a must see for all educators, active or inactive.
